Predictive maintenance solution | Testing and experimentation in a simulated plant environment
Introduced a simulated plant facility. Enables testing and experiments for various applications such as forced errors and sensor selection.
The industrial IoT is being introduced in various fields. However, a lot of verification is necessary for implementation. In particular, experiments in manufacturing sites face many hurdles, such as the installation of sensors and the difficulty of encountering errors. In response, our company has introduced a "pseudo plant" facility. By using this facility, which is composed of motors and pumps, for verification purposes, we can enable: - Forced errors - Sensor selection - Verification of analysis - Data collection - Equipment selection And so on, allowing for applications and preliminary verifications in various fields. We encourage you to utilize this facility for the implementation of your predictive maintenance systems.
